CncPlayer tries to find a matching record in its data base and sends an email containing your login data to the record's email address.

The email arrives usually within minutes but can take up to 24 hours in case of server problems. Please be patient. Thank you.

Note: If you provide an email address or an user name which does not match a record in CncPlayer's data base then no email will be sent.
